The Capture

The Capture is a one-time documentation service. We come to the house, document every system we can reach, and produce your Home Manual from what we found. It is priced by the size of the house and paid once.

The Record

The Record is a monthly subscription, $39 per month, on a twelve months term. It keeps the manual current, sends The Quarterly List, and puts anything you do yourself on the record. It renews for a further twelve months unless you cancel before the term ends, by email to info@advancehomeintelligence.com.

Estimates

Every estimate we give is a planning range, not a quote. It is built from published labor rates and typical hours, and we show the arithmetic. No work is performed above the stated high figure without your prior approval. If the work comes in under the range, you pay the lower number. Work above $8,000 is quoted separately in writing.

Your home record

The home record belongs to the homeowner. It remains accessible to you, read-only, after cancellation, and it travels with the house if you sell. We keep an append-only log of everything that touches it, including what we did.

Not a home inspection

We are not a home inspection service and the Home Manual is not a substitute for one. We document what is there and what the trade's published service lives say about it. We do not test, operate or dismantle equipment, and nothing in the manual is a statement about a specific unit's condition, a warranty, or advice on a purchase or sale.

Text messages

By giving us a mobile number you agree to receive service messages from Advance Home Intelligence: a line when your quarterly list is ready, a reminder the day before a visit, and safety notices. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our privacy policy says how we handle your number.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
