Every plan starts with our crew's walk of your whole property, driveway to back fence. Your monthly charge starts that day.
Four visits a year: the season's checks, and 30 minutes of your own list.

Done by our own crews on the Charleston coast: Kiawah Island, Seabrook Island, Daniel Island, Folly Beach and Mount Pleasant. Every visit ends on your record, with dated photos.
June to November: Storm File, the June Check, your house first on our storm list. Each storm, $1,295 for Storm Ready and All Clear, only when we ready your house. A season with two storms is $3,185.

When am I charged?
When the work is done. The price is held when you book and charged once the job is finished. The Upkeep Plan's monthly charge starts on the day of its first visit, our walk of your whole property. Storm Season is charged as described on it.
Can I cancel the Upkeep Plan?
Any time. It's paid monthly.
Do your prices go up when a storm is coming?
Never. Services by AHI are one set price, the same every week of the year.
What if there's no storm, or three?
On Storm Season you pay the season, then each storm's Storm Ready and All Clear only when we ready your house. A storm you skip costs nothing.
Where do you work?
The app works anywhere in the United States. Our crews and pros work on the Charleston coast: Kiawah Island, Seabrook Island, Daniel Island, Folly Beach and Mount Pleasant.
What does "Example" mean?
A price or a number marked Example is an illustration, not an offer. The price you pay is the one in the app when you book.
Does AHI sell insurance?
No. Storm File gathers the proof insurers ask for. Discounts vary by insurer and house.
